I've been in a continuous shitstorm for 7 yrs non-stop now.
I'm running out of options and i'm tired.
Considering a final solution, but it has to be quick and easy to get.
I was thinking HCN-Cyanide.

want to know something I was thinking about? a few days ago I was driving back on the highway and the entire other lane was stopped. It was an accident and as everyone headed past the site you could see where someone had put a fucking hole in the concrete median smashing it to pieces and there was a truck and other cars there. As I drove by I looked at the perfect time and saw an ejected body lying right there on the road. The dude had to be dead but was sprawled out like he was on a cross like jesus. arms out, legs together looking upward to the sky.

now. I don't think that person wanted to go out like that, as no one would want to.

I felt like I was out of options and was planning to hang myself too maybe like 2 months ago tops. Turns out I had options, but had defeated myself in advance and was too scared to ask for help. Maybe the same for you anon. I had options in the end. Not great ones, but still there’s hope. Life is fucking terrible and I’m trying to accept it and keep struggling on.

I'm going on therapy, taking some pills, not still chemicals because i want to avoid drugs.

Yeah it becomes normal. I didn’t even think I was depressed for a while because I was constantly depressed and knew nothing else. People can adapt to almost anything, but yeah there’s a limit and I was near it. Hoping the better days will come for us both. I had some good times in the past although they were fleeting. Always bittersweet too.

Maybe consider some "bad" options first. What's the worst that can happen, right?
Maybe write down all your options. All the good and bad ones, but try to keep it real. Don't write down "winning the lottery" cause that's not going to happen. Then sort them all out. Number them with #1 being the option that'll get you to the best place in life. It may not be where you wanna go, but if you can get to that better place then you'll be in a better position to do what you want with your life. Just focus on the small steps. Survival isn't about looking at the bigger picture. Survival is about focusing on the next step. Just keep taking step after step till you're where you want to be.

I know I'm trying to give you advice but I think I should follow my own advice.

I'm starting with that and omega3, somewhere i read that depression can be related to some inflammation, omega3 are very effective in reducing that state.

nobody REALLY wants to kill themselves. Even the ones who actually do it don't want to die. We're all programed from birth for self preservation, every single one of us. Pretending that some people can just shut that off and that's why they're dead, and it has nothing to do with the fact that they're being psychologically tortured on the inside shows how ignorant you are.

Imagine Osama Bin Ladin being tortured and waterboarded. Maybe for weeks, or months, or years. Eventually he's gunna break, and then beg and wish for death. This is what suicidal people are going through. Their minds are in constant agony and they're ready to break, only there's no guy they can beg to make it stop. Their is a constant struggle between their will to live, and their desire to just stop their own suffering.
