The interviews are there for a reason. If you really want to do it, do it, but if you find yourself struggling with interviews, you will likely have a bad time on the course.
Best way to practice is by mock interviews. Look for sessions held in major cities for interview prep and get some practice with teachers at your old sixth form. Good luck.
