Also, human crews cost a huge amount of time as a result. As they can only take so many G's acceleration.
Unmanned vessels can blast off at as high a speed as your engine and spaceframe can tolerate, then execute a similar crash stop much closer to the destination. Having been able to attain and travel at a higher speed much faster and longer than a crewed vessel.
So OP the short version is no. Unless we somehow develop the technology to manipulate gravity, artificial gravity is not possible. However inertia and certrifugal force are very real and attainable.
It just means our starships are going to be shaped like rotating cylinders, instead of funky saucers and shit.
