>>10901145Yes you need highschool math first, but it is too many hard work from 1+1=2 up to calculus and elementary linear algebra. So while you brush up your math skills you better be reading conceptual physics! This is, reading the book by Paul G. Hewitt and maybe the other parts in the book Conceptual Physical Sciences by Hewitt, Suchoki and Leslie. By the time you finish this book and the physical science chapters (chemistry, geology, astronomy) you may be half the way in the math so i recommend you to study General Chemistry by Chang for example. And right in the moment you are learning derivatives you can start any university physics text (you will likely be in the
middle of general chemistry already). although i recommend you to start elementary linear algebra by Grossman before calculus. By the way i recommend you Precalculus by Stitz and Zeager and Calculus from any book really.
By the time you finnish this 6 books (Precalculus, Conceptual Physics, Elementary Linear Algebra, General Chemistry, Calculus of one variable and first volume of University Physics) you will be ready for any university freshman physics course in the world. Maybe you would like to take a look at A Transition To Advanced Math by Douglas Smith and others to see what math really is, this may be in your first year university courses (a course with logic, proof methods, sets, relations, functions and basic number theory, often called introductory math or intro to proof). Other course you may have is proof based euclidean geometry (Kiselev book for example). Don't forget you will need to know programming too (python). For vector geometry don't be worried, i already gave you Grossman which have a chapter on it, as well as Calculus II books have chapters on it also.
