that chart can give you a lot of info, basically: power gain factor is the watts of the amp driving the speaker , sound preassure means the voltage driving the speaker, loudness is the ear peception of how loud the sound is.
0 db is the reference meaning this can be 1watts or 10 watts or even 100 watts... any reference point you want. from there you can get the rest of numbers for example if you go up in power from 1watt to 2watts it will give you an increse in perceive loudness of 1.23 or about 20%
if you go from 1 watts of power to 10watts you will get 2.000 (note this means: two point zero zero zero) loudness gain factor meaning you double the perceived loudness.
