How much intelligence do we inherit from our parents? Not in a disrespectful way but my parents are quite dumb:
>No education beyond highschool in a 3rd world country
>Terrible long-term and working memory despite a relatively young age to be experiencing age-induced slow-down in mental capabilities
>Literally do not understand many basic concepts
>Slow to learn new ideas

Is this what awaits me? Am I doomed to being a brainlet or can I escape?
