What advice would you give someone that doesn't know any math beyond like a simple highschool level for how he can create a plan to learn and get to a good enough level to be able to do undergrad mathematics courses?

I live in Canada if it matters. I'm just looking for some ideas on how to create a manageable, progressive and well structured plan on learning
