Is ADHD real? I think I have it, I have every symptom on the list but I'm not sure if it's psuedo-adhd induced by being a cumbrain.

mental condition diagnoses are kinda arbitrary. The source of the symptoms is a lot more nebulous than in medicine generally. Clinical psychology isn't very scientific

to answer your question, you have ADHD if you meet the criteria, but all "having ADHD" truly means is that you meet the criteria. Don't let a pseudoscience provide you with excuses for your mediocrity

What of someone who has many traits akin to said "mental illnesses"? How would you apply a more accurate understanding/awareness of the grouping of symptoms other then labeling it as a disorder?
