or even better, we drill at the ideal spots in both moons and bury a strong nuke, the strongest ever, so that when we use the nukes to push deimos to crash into phobos and make both impact the martian surface, we make the impact even stronger than what naturally would have been, replicating at 100% the very force that killed all dinosaurs on earth in mars.
