Out of those 1-2 years is being taught some general stuff. This should be skip-able if you already have another degree.
Around 2 years is what needed in your major, which you can do part time. If you can do it part time in 2-3 years, you should be able to do everything in a 1 year+ full time.
It's very discouraging to put effort in something that will take 4 years if ur not fully motivated(some of us are) and u end up working in macdonalds. If it was 1-2 years i would definitely have gone for it. I'm old now and i would be 40 before I would finish my edu path to upper ranks.
