And example of this in English would be something like...
>Q: What do you think of the weather today?>A: The fish is blue.A makes sense on it's own, but it's not related to the topic established by Q and is thus nonsense. It would be very difficult to make a language that completely avoids this issue. It can probably be done, but it would most likely be useless as a language because it would have to focus so hard on solving this one "issue" rather than on other things that make it a usable language.
