Chronic use of a deodorant that you are allergic to, may lead to facial acne.

I don't know enough about lymph pathways, but let's say you use a deodorant that you are allergic to for months.
Your armpits inflame, p acnes bacteria builds up.
Your body reacts and throws p acnes infection aftermath in your accessible lymph nodes.

If you do this at both arm pits for months, what happens to overflow, if the nearby lymphs fill?

Will the lymph nodes higher up the body be used? (Towards the head) or lower down the trunk of the body? (Towards the legs)

I'm thinking that you would have active p acnes bacteria, and if the lymphs higher up would be the ones to fill, then infections at the head would have overflow that ends up going no where.

Facial acne develops.

Are there reasons this pathway would not work?

I suffered from endemic acne for 7+ years.
No amount of antibiotics did anything reasonable towards eradication, just management.

I'm much older now, and recently realized that I have allergies to certain deodorants. I know I was using deodorants I was allergic to, when I was younger and had this terrible acne.
