Im not a coder, im not insecure either, there are a lot of men better at software and code than me. Thats what they do. I do my analysis and research.
Do we expect coders to be able to research...no...why should researchers be expected to code. Humanity is all about recognizing each others strengths and using them for each others benefits. This emphasis on everyone being able to code is as much insecurity as it is stupidity.
