A preschool near my area closed down and had a huge sale. I was able to get huge amounts of arts and crafts glitter at an extremely low price.

Is there a method (even if it's just theoretical) to turn this shiny gold dust into actual gold? I don't have access to a chemistry lab but I do have access to a commercial kitchen.

A Google search reveals nothing. A quick look at the Wikipedia article on glitter says that most modern glitters are made of plastic so I'm guessing this might be a completely futile endeavor but I can't think of anything else to do with a giant container of glitter in my room.
