That number is based off of US population statistics but we could scale it up to global level for rough estimate. 33% is 2.48 billion. Of that, lets say we divide the world into 3 time zones. Americas, Europe, East/South Asia. That's roughly 800million eligible men awake per time zone. Lets say we divide the 800 million into 4 sub time zones each to divide the population across wider geography. That gives us 200 million per zone. Within each variance, lets given 4 hours variance time(assuming most masturbate during the 4hr night time 6pm-10pm) for when most people masturbate daily. Averaging out, each person ejaculates ~3.4mL of sperm or around 183million sperm each. So with each relevant time zone and time variance, 2.5 trillion sperms are ejaculated every second. Which equals to 47 liter or 12.5 gallons of sperm each second over the course of 4 hours per sub time zone.
