My college was willing to give me some money to look at a local mice species around my area. Specifically to trap, take DNA samples and compare populations to what is found on gen bank. I’m basically coming into this blind.
Anyone know of a good program to make consensus sequences with and how I can determine DNA percent differences within vs between group populations?
