It will be difficult to implant the electrodes deep into the brain and the implanting process could very well damage neurons. If the part we need to access to 'download information into the brain' is to deep, then we can't do it. Also because we slightly damage the brain perhaps the area of the brain we have to implant it into could cause drastic changes to ones personality or memories.
