Is it even theoretically possible that antimatter power would be feasible?

Because, unlike fusion where you use existing matter, with antimatter reactors you first need to produce antimatter and only then annihilate it?

Is it possible to get more energy from this annihilation than what you spent to produce antimatter? Purely theoretically speaking?
