I was thinking that, if given the fact than inflammation is mediated by the release of pro-inflammatory substances such as cyclooxygenase and prostaglandins, and the migration of white cells to the affected site, whoud it be possible for estate of inflammation on a given site of the body could increase inflammation on another inflammed site?
for example, inflammation at an infected teeth could worsen inflammation on an injured leg muscle?
Does anybody knows the answer to this?
