Here's my reasoning.
It's a transformation of the pervious square followed by an introduction to a new shape:
1. take the right-top item in the previous square and the bottom item in the previous square and put it on top part of the new square.
2. Then insert new item into the bottom part of the square.
This is what B does. It has the circle and triangle in the top part followed by a new item in the bottom.
