They can regenerate after years of chain-smoking. Hard af to actually die by a lung-related disease if you don't smoke or work in a mine.
>Liver
Same, it regenerates fast as fuck and you must drink as hard as you can to actually damage it (ie suicide).

On the other hand, we have panchreas or the heart, which are fucking crap organs that can malfunction very easy.
