Has anyone dug into Einstein–Cartan theory?
There's some pretty wild and beautiful stuff out there using it to explain dark matter, but I'm not sure if there's anything to it because I'm a brainlet
It seems oddly obscure somehow, though not disproven. It's like everyone just chooses to disregard it because it's "intractable" compared to torsion-free models.
