Mathematical physics deals with the mathematics used in physics.

Theoretical physics deals with the theories of physics. Theories that have or don't have empirical support or might be disproven.

If someone build physical model for X phenomena, MP will use mathematics for get results from model, sometimes build new mathematics.

Theoretical physics will build new models but no focus on experimental aspects.

Witten do mathematical physics solving problems algebraic geometry to solve problems in string theory and do theoretical physics build string theory.

That's wrong, though. Mathematical physics is the same as what you said about theoretical physics, only it has more mathematical rigour to it, where physics and physical phenomena are examined through a mathematician's mindset rather than a physicist's one. As David Hilbert once eloquently put it: Physics is to hard for physicists

Maybe it is different where you live. In Germany, mathematical physics actually means mathematics. Mathematics that is regularly used in physics but nonetheless it revolves solely around mathematics.
