could you explain how stds are transmitted through anal sex?
is it because person a penetrates person b and person a's infected semen seeps in through tears in the anal cavity or that the anal cavity tends to absorb infected fluid easily into the blood stream?

in fact, could you explain infection in vaginal and oral sex while you're here? my understanding is infection seems to run higher among homosexual men rather than heterosexual couples. does vaginal intercourse and oral sex have a lower chance of infection due to something like the material on the vaginal walls and saliva being able to prevent infected fluid from reaching the blood stream?
