last tuesday i interviewed in person for a position called x. now just last night the company reposted the exact same listing with the title "associate engineer, x". i thought ny interview went well and was kind of surprised. am i fucked?

not necessarily. sometimes companies, due to internal systems" have to re-post a position just to keep the open position "internally open" and in the system so they can move forward with the hiring process. otherwise the system thinks they dont need to hire anyone and they are unable to generate response letters or official offers of employment.
its kind of stupid, but that's the system
