Having a STEM mindset and access to the internet since an young age kinda turned me into an autist who obssess and overanalyze everything.
I usually tend to try to be "optimal" and efficient with shit that nobody really care. Like if I try to learn cooking I get mad when the recipe measurements aren't objective, or google for best methods to do mundane shit that everyone knows how to do in a satisfactory way, etc. I also hate ambiguity in general and if someone tells me something ever a little bit ambiguous I keep asking them to specify like a sperglord, instead of deducing myself using common sense.
Anyone else suffers from this? Its infuriating
