Is this for recreation or do you actually want to learn anatomy? If you actually want to learn something, get a decent book or two. All the 3D apps are shit. Get an atlas (Netter or Rohen) and a general text (Gray's Anatomy for Students or Moore's Clinical Anatomy). The Big Picture is okay for a basic overview.

Learning, i'm in med school and our lectures are pretty ok but the photos our professor gives us aren't that understandable, and viewing it in 3D helps me a lot.
