Just make a long scored snek of clay, coil it into the shape of a pot, use slip between each layer of the coil, moosh and smooth the seams together with your fingers.
Slap a cheap glaze and fire it in a kiln.
You don't even need a potters wheel, or teach people how to throw a pot.
