I like to over learn. Learn a little extra around the edges of what you are learning. Read a book on memory improvement or just turn on a YouTube video while you sleep. Tricks are for kids.

Yes. All other animals turn off the sun and close the boor before sleep. You can hit the button on the remote when slipping away or use the sleep timer. The importance of sleep is a meme anyhow.
