I have played many many video games with detective and murder mystery themes. They often use an autopsy report as the initial evidence for a level to give a base to work with, but they're always either streamlined to give like 3ish facts or still unrealistically precise for a real report. Aside from that, I know next to noting about official autopsy or coroner reports, and I'd like to learn what they're really like more in detail.
Can anyone tell me what real reports look more like and how comprehensive or well-defined the contents of it typically are?
