They're good for practical skills that need a structured approach like programming or a video editing course where you need the visual aspect.

For other subjects you're better just working through some textbooks.

Hey its like lifting, in the first years you're lifting close to nothing and overtake the old peoples,cardio bunnies and new commers.

but I will take that anytime instead of boosting my own ego, having the deal with something like thinking you're strong af and all but literally you're lifting 10kg..
