Atheists and others who don't believe in an afterlife, let's just say we do cease to exist forever when we die. If that's the case, what's the point of studying hard, learning math and science only to die and cease to exist for eternity? What's the point of trying so hard to contribute a small tiny bit to society when ultimately you won't be remembered for any of it after a few centuries?
