Yes.

Very debatable. There are 250 billion stars in our galaxy. By the time mankind explores a significant part of the stars, it would be so far into the future that there's a good chance that whatever explores the universe wouldn't be recognizable as human anymore.

I don't see it happening. Even if you could move at the speed of light (which as we know it is impossible) you'd have to move at that speed for 2 and a half million years until you got to the nearest galaxy.

Theoretically it's possible to travel into the closest 51 galaxies.
But other galaxies are so far away that it's physically impossible to travel there.

From the traveler's frame of reference it would be instantaneous, though as you said it is impossible. In any case if you get really close to the speed of light, time dilation has to be taken account and might make it more feasible.
