Even if you somehow had engines powerful and efficient enough to move it without depleting all of Earth's resource for fuel, you've completely fucked the magnetosphere and virtually all life cycles on Earth by halting the rotation and moving away from the sun. You would also have all kinds of crazy volcanic and tectonic activity going on, not just from the halted rotation but from the force of acceleration and the pressure placed on the crust by those massive engines.
