Is racism biological or a social construct?

Even if i wish i wasn't racist, people speaking a foreign language and who smell differently makes me a lot more on edge than people who talk and look the way I do. Which, by definition, makes me a racist.

It is easily curable, you need to find good arguments about why others people can be like you in terms of morals, way of life, or whatever so you (your brain) will gradually not see them bad anymore.

It’s hard to quantify races. So it’s not biological. Humans are less differentiated than dog breeds but more than other certain animals. Its not completely clear what categories there should be after species. A sub species is not enough to define the white race. The white race is a sub category of one of the 5/7/11 races depending on the value of K. I don’t even know what the level of differentiation should be for a sub species or a sub sub species

It's like animals naturally don't breed with other animals that don't look like themselves, even when it's obviously advantageous to do so (i.e. to prevent severe inbreeding)

You shouldn't generalize like that. Coyotes are being bred out of existence by breeding with domestic dogs which are an entirely different species.

I can see that being biological, but your upbringing can overcome it. I don't experience this anxiety, having spent a good chunk of my life in a multicultural setting.

If it's biological, why do i need to practice it away? Why are liberals allowed to be themselves, when I need to change? I mean, I was born this way. You wouldn't ask a homosexual to change in order to fit into society, so why would a racist who simply wants to live with people who's from the same heritage as himself? Why is that so bad that brainwashing is in order?

There is no haven for nationalists/racists. They are only shamed and shunned. This is highly unfair.

Races correspond to real genetic clustering in human population. Our brain is a great pattern recognition device, and it naturally recognizes these clusters, too.

That's dumb. You don't even need race, the mind innately is weary of any sort of "otherness." It's your environment that shapes whatever "otherness" is, but your mind freely accepts it, because it's biologically wired to do so.

There’s something called single nucleotide polymorphism. That’s what identifies individuals. Humans races have close to 5% differences of that between races dogs have 27%. Thus us backed up by the way dog breeds can barely breed with one another and they also have insane phenotypical differences.
Dog breeds aren’t formal biological categories so all this arguing means nothing. We need rigorous categories and define what a species and family is properly. There’s far too many species

Also, I'd recommend taking some time to learn some Arabic. You'll learn that 95% of what they talk about on a daily basis is the same shit you talk about.

PCA takes a select few components of the genome, it doesn't represent the entire genome. It takes the components that will give you the most spread and clustering, regardless of what the components actually do. It could literally be genes for melanin (it's not but I'm just giving an example).
