Okay so, if we have a massless particle (travelling at C) going from an object named M into space for 1 second from IT's perspective, how far will it travel from the perspective of M?

Things "travelling" at the speed of light do not experience time or distance. So the question is nonsense.

There are fairly straightforward equations for this if you're talking sub-light speed.

This is already too hypothetical for me to say anything with confidence, but as far as I know you can't make a brain out of photons. Our brains have rest mass; that imo is essential for an object to be considered a brain.

I'm not too familiar with it, but Wikipedia implies the theory precludes the Big Bang, which is infinitely more likely to have happened. Frankly I think it's much more firmly in the realm of philosophy than physics.
