Whoever you are and whatever material you're made of, a healthy human being needs AT LEAST 6 hours of sleep everyday to correctly do what I've mentioned earlier.
Especially the processing, which is extremely important if you want to progress in any subject.
And that is without taking into account the health problems of sleep deprivation like thicker blood.
Really, add at least 3 hours to your sleep schedule, maybe more if you feel tired after a few days of doing this.
