I just entered uni and am doing an Engineering degree
I noticed that lots of my professors tend to have very noticeable nervous tics (heavy blnking, stuttering, hand gestures, etc). Of these, the majority are teachers of pure Physics or Mathematics.
It's gotten to the point that it seems like a trend. Do most professors in these subjects develop such issues? Is it just nervousness or some impaired social skills?
