The particle machinery to test and maybe create these new things needs to be multiple powers stronger than what we have today. A new LHC would need to be >50% larger and >2x as expensive just to get another power of ten output.
It's expected that for every next-level-down particle to be physically verified the requirements increase roughly and order of magnitude, for every step in the chain.
for example if the next major breakthrough takes 10^17eV, the next takes 10^19, the next 10^22, etc.etc.etc.
Adding to that, if the expected inflaton field interaction rate is even modestly correct, we should be able to extrapolate the rate at which universe-bubbles occur and exist, and be able to work out where expected universe bubbles have a chance of being observed.
And before anyone counter-spergs at me. This is all in the purely theoretical zone, so we should be dismantling it as hard as possible to help correct the research.
