Is it possible to do a masters while working full time? I want to do a masters in computer science with a specialization in parallel and distributed computing.

My mom did her masters while working so I'm assuming I can too. Any anons with experience doing this?

Usually while doing masters/phd you'll also be a TA if you want tuition remission. And being TA takes a lot of time. So if you already have a Job, you can just say you don't want to be a TA and you can fund yourself.

What kind of CS research did you do at IBM?
I was planning to work on quantum computing or something cool like that, but now I'm not so sure
