Ask yourself this:
Why does everyone (I mean the vast, vast majority of people) in the world try to imitate features that are traditionally common in Europeans? And I'm not just talking about a light skin tone, I mean facial structure (squarer jaws, narrow nose, high nose bridge, wider forehead), and a variety of hair and eye colours (i.e. something other than dark brown). Why is it that so often, outside of where these phenotypes are commonplace (e.g. Europe, parts of North America), an individual that has a disproportionately high number of these physical characteristics (relative to the rest of the local population) is automatically treated as more attractive? There has to be some evolutionary reason.
