I do find MOFs to have rather interesting large scale crystals. Frankly if MOF tech actually takes off we might live in a world with togas and crystals. Seriously, big MOF crystals are being used to make an antimatter gain media for a gamma ray laser. In addition they offer a means of organizing molecular machines in 3d space. We could make computing crystals with MOFs.

>>10866443OP, you must simply acknowledge this to be objectively true. Natural nuclear fission reactors are especially bizarre. Not only because it's a nuclear reaction, but it's in order for uranium to be solvated in water and form said reactor there must be oxygen present. It is difficult to obtain said oxygen without life developing. it is sad that the reactors got mined out, because they could have answered many questions in physics.
