Every college algebra book covers that stuff anon. That's real real basic shit. I liked Gallian, myself, Warner is a Dover book and quite cheap, more thorough. If you're feeling adventurous you could check out Bourbaki but I don't actually recommend that for first-exposure undergrad coursework (the above two are more suitable).

I'm currently going through Herstein's Topics in Algebra and I find it great. There are many problems to solve. It covers equivalence relations, mappings, integers, groups, rings, fields, and has two solid sections on linear algebra.
