You could argue that women who work dangerous jobs previously done by men would have more reproductive success (fewer deaths) if they were built more like men, but there are multiple issues with this.
1) Few females choose to work in these dangerous conditions, so the selection pressure isn't very high
2) With current medical technology and safety protocols, it is unlikely that many women would become reproductively stunted by workplace accidents
So while it may be evolutionarily advantageous for women in hard labor to be more muscular like men, women who lack such muscular advantages are not stopped by reproducing, and I see no reason why the muscular women would end up procreating more than daintier women.
