>>10864932Nah that's not quite how it is. When you transcribe you just notate the dots and dashes verbatim. You translate after. This way there is zero mistakes.
Not only that but it is faster. Way faster. The person on the other end can go as fast as you can write/remember. I've never seen people doing morse quickly and writing letters down instead of the code.
Not saying it isn't possible though.
The person transcribing doesn't even need to know the code. It can be translated by somebody else.
