The energy of forcing the ball into water exceeds the energy generated. I have thought of similar, you can do it for "free" one time by having a chamber that allows water into a lock, but obviously wouldn't exceed the work to create the system.

Because the air cavity can't have a one way exit, for one. You let the balloon out and the water and air equalize. Put a mechanical gate or something? Now you need one that can stop all that water and you're at an energy loss.

Ball goes up on two kilometer string, and is one meter cubic big... All I need to pump the water out is to simply overcome water density to pump it out of the system. Problem is that I can fill it with same water, therefore I have to pump it just for 1 meter instead of two killometer, because I can have two chambers with 2 doors literally.

You aren't considering the water pressure at depth. The distance the water has to be pumped is irrelevant.

You've never been on spaceship. You don't let air into space, you vacuum chamber into tank first. Air is scarcity #1. It's hard to get air, we don't waste it.

I actually don't have to pump water twice, because once I can just open valve.

I have to pump water in chamber let's say 1 meter up. That's not really much.. That's not much distance for

How does the ball leave the air-filled chamber without the chamber eventually filly with water? Tip: unless you pump it all out (which would defeat the purpose of this device) it cannot.

How do you get the ball from the bottom of the "full of air" pipe to the ocean? This is the main issue. Any solution would require more energy than you would get out of the system.

You have to PUSH the balloon into the bottom of the water column. The deeper the water, the greater the pressure.

You still have to *push* the ball through the one way flap, against the high water pressure. That's where you lose all your energy.

What if the flap is counterweighted with another balloon on top of it making it so that only a little bit of force is needed to pop it open
I mean even though I got my degree in Engineering in Mexico City this isn't all that complicated

Regardless of the flap being opened automatically or not, you still need to push the balloon against the high water pressure to get it under water.

Do you mean using another balloon to pull the the balloon in the pipe out into the water? That could work, but then you need to push that second helper balloon back under water to pull the next balloon though, again you've just spent all your energy.

I know. I understood that and responded to it.

What purpose would a counterweight offer to the flap? You don't need something else to open the flap for you. If anything you need something pushing the flap closed so water doesn't rush in as you squeeze your balloon out.
