>>10863491Usually it is just BPPV, it would be difficult for you to perform Dix-Hallpike test on yourself, but you could attempt Eppley's maneouver and see if it helps. It is unlikely to be some other vestibular disorder as those are usually accompanied by hearing symptoms, a more intense sensation of dizziness and will usually have different triggers.
If not, it is likely cervical vertigo, which is in turn usually caused by arterial compression. Less likely trigeminal nerve origin. Both of these require proper vestibular assessment to diagnose.
