You can read "How to Prove It" and "How to Solve It" first. Then, if you have done high school, you start with Apostol's "Calculus" vols 1 & 2. It will teach you Calculus 1, 2, & 3, Differential equations and linear algebra. Then you go for probability and statistics. And then you go to numerical methods. This is the core mathematics for engineers, physicists and mathematicians.
After that it's complex analysis, qualitative study of ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, abstract algebra 1&2 (goups, rings, group structure, and modules), real analysis, general topology, functional analysis, differential geometry of curves and surfaces, mathematical logic, Markov chains, linear model analysis and more numerical methods. This is the core undergraduate mathematics.
