Thats it, instant GF/wife, and most of the time the woman isn't gonna left you because they lack basic education (some are illiterate or don't know math at all).
The other outcome is that you get slashed/burned to death by a mob or kidnapped and forced to live there, if you try to escape, it's pretty probable than the people with the vehicles/horses are gonna get you when you try to flee.
Weird stuff, but this thread asked for some info that I wanted to give. About 3 versions of this same shit have been told to me, one from a sociology teacher (the one with the getting the girl), other from a Doctor about how his friend almost died while doing social service for his last year of med school (the mob one) and the last one from my Grandpa (A cousin from one of his friends got kidnapped/forced to live in a isolated indigenous community because of a “one night stand”.
