I got into a top 10 school's (applied) math PhD program earlier this year and I'm less than a month away from starting my first semester there.

Not sure yet what explicit area, but I know it's probably going to involve stochastic differential equations, maybe differential geometry, and maybe probabilistic computing/AI.

Very excited to get seduced by some useless abstract field and lose all my job prospects while in grad school though.
